Every order ships worldwide from the CABIN FLUX workshop. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday). You'll get a confirmation email the moment your parcel leaves us.
We send everything by tracked courier — our preferred carrier is UPS, with DHL Express and FedEx as alternatives depending on your destination and the size of the order. Every shipment carries insurance and a live tracking number.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. As a rough guide, here's what a single item typically costs to send by our preferred UPS service:

Small = carry-on suitcase, backpack or walking poles. Large = checked suitcase or heavy-duty duffel. DHL Express runs roughly 8% higher and FedEx roughly 12% higher than UPS. Your exact, final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties & import taxes: prices are in USD and exclude any local customs charges, which are set by your country and payable on delivery.
Once dispatched, express delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your region and customs clearance. Remote destinations can occasionally take a little longer. You'll be able to follow every step with your tracking link.
As soon as your parcel is collected, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier's live tracking page. If you created an account at checkout, your tracking is also saved to your order history. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — and returns are free. To qualify, items must be:

Once your return arrives and passes a quick condition check, we process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Prefer a different size, model or colour? Just tell us when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange instead — we'll get the new item on its way as soon as the original is on its way back to us.
