Everything travellers ask us most — cabin sizing, materials, warranty, shipping and the small stuff that matters before you pack.
Yes. Our carry-on suitcases and cabin bags are engineered to sit within the two standards that cover the vast majority of airlines. Our compact carry-ons fit the stricter 40 × 30 × 20 cm under-seat allowance used by low-cost carriers, while our full-size cabin models meet the common 55 × 40 × 20 cm overhead-locker limit.
Airlines set their own rules, so we always recommend a quick check against your specific carrier before you fly — exact external dimensions are listed on every product page.
Both, depending on the line. Our flagship Spirit C-Lite range uses a carbon-frame shell — exceptionally light, impact-resistant and quiet, which is how a 20" carry-on lands at just 1.9 kg.
Other hard-shell models use aerospace-grade polycarbonate, prized for its flex-and-recover toughness. Soft luggage and duffels use ballistic nylon with YKK zippers. Every material is chosen for the job the product is built to do.
Every CABIN FLUX product carries a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — shells, zippers, wheels, handles and locks. If something fails because of how we made it, we repair or replace it.
Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs and airline handling damage aren't covered. Full details and how to claim are on our Warranty page.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition — and returns are free. We'll send you a prepaid label, and refunds land within 5 to 10 business days of the item reaching us.
Prefer a swap? We handle exchanges too. Start a return from the Shipping & Returns page.
Our hard-shell suitcases feature an integrated TSA-approved combination lock. You set your own three-digit code, and security officers in TSA regions can open and re-lock your case with a master key — no cutting, no broken zips.
Each case ships with simple instructions for setting and resetting your combination. If you ever get locked out, contact us and we'll walk you through the reset.
Yes. Wheels, spinner housings and telescopic handles are designed to be serviceable, and we keep spare parts for current models. If a part fails within the warranty period it's repaired or replaced free; outside the warranty we can usually supply the part at cost.
Just get in touch with your model name and we'll sort the right component.
The Spirit C-Lite 20" carbon carry-on weighs just 1.9 kg — among the lightest hard-shell cabin cases you can buy. That's the difference between spending your allowance on the bag or on what you actually want to pack.
As soon as your parcel is collected we email you a tracking number and a live tracking link. If you checked out with an account, your tracking is also saved to your order history. Lost the email? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
