These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CABIN FLUX website at cabinflux.com and any purchase you make from us. The site and products are operated and supplied by CABIN FLUX® COMPANY Ltd. ("CABIN FLUX", "we", "us"), based at 302 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product weights, dimensions and specifications are provided as accurate guidance and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and exclude shipping and any local duties or taxes, which are shown or calculated at checkout. We may change prices, adjust product availability, or discontinue items at any time without notice. Occasionally an item may be mispriced; where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products subject to these Terms. Your order is accepted — and a contract formed — only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details supplied at checkout.
We ship worldwide by tracked courier and aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Full shipping details are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility and are set by the destination country.
We offer free 30-day returns on unused items in their original condition. The full process, conditions and refund timelines are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
CABIN FLUX products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them. Please see our Warranty page for what's covered and how to claim.
CABIN FLUX® is a registered trademark (CIPO + USPTO, registration 378775). All content on this site — including the CABIN FLUX name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics, text and layout — is owned by or licensed to CABIN FLUX and is protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise exploit any part of the site or our brand assets for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CABIN FLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products or the law. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
